Following the success of our first Piper Building remodel, shape+ were asked to assist combining two generous apartments and then fully refurbishing the penthouse in a “New York’ loft style.
shape+ developed the concept scheme for this transformation and also acted on behalf of our client to secure the required freeholder consents, relying on our good relationships. Our client went on to successfully deliver the scheme using a variety of craftsman to build and furnish these bespoke spaces; it is clear to see all the care and attention to detail.
